Tina started her marketing career as an email marketing specialist and quickly transitioned to
strategizing social media and display advertising. Her strength lies within conceptualizing and
implementing unique campaigns to drive high engagement and ROAS. She has 10+ years of marketing
experience in diverse channels such as social media, strategy development, email marketing,
content production, SEO. In-depth knowledge of biddable platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
Pinterest, Google Ads.
As Reports and Analytics Manager, she utilizes her well-rounded knowledge of targeted social
media advertising to lead the proposal and implementation of all social media and PPC strategies
for AAM’s diverse clients. Previously, her social media strategies have resulted in up to 400%
growth across the key social channels and her influencer marketing campaigns saw a 300% increase
in ROAS.
